Sharon Seline Wright

Allen Saper

Upon completion of his college studies at the University of Oklahoma, Allen anxiously returned to the Houston Real Estate Industry and began working directly with developers.

Roland Ramirez

Operations Manager holds a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning degree from Texas A&M University as well as a Bachelors of Environmental Design and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Roland began his career as Project Development Coordinator for CFC Development then moved onto being Vice President of ID Management before holding the position of President at Ramirez Development Strategies, Inc.

After three years as Land Acquisition and Development Manager at Ryland Homes, Roland joined the team at Lucia's Oaks.
